What we do
Every blade we sell starts as coil stock on our racking. When you order, we cut the band to your stated loop length, weld it, anneal and grind the joint and inspect the finished loop before it goes in the box. That work happens in house, which is why the person who answers the phone can talk about tooth pitch and tension rather than reading a courier reference back to you.
We stock three manufacturers, Bahco, Dakin-Flathers and Morse, because between them their published ranges cover the cutting our customers actually do: metal, wood, foam, food and the hard materials in between. Stocking deep in three ranges beats stocking thin in ten.
Honesty is a feature
Every specification, tolerance and part number on this site comes from the manufacturers' published data. Where we do not have a confirmed figure, the page says so with a visible sample ribbon rather than guessing. The same rule applies to us: the company details on this page render from our own record and carry the ribbon until they are confirmed.
If you are not sure which blade fits your machine or your material, the blade wizard narrows the catalogue, and the contact page reaches people who weld blades for a living. Either route ends with a straight answer.
The bench and the people at it
The workshop is the whole business: coils on the racking, a welder on the bench and orders moving from cut to inspection the same day where stock allows.

Not a marketplace and not a brand-agnostic aggregator: three manufacturers whose published ranges we know well enough to recommend against each other honestly.
Bahco
Swedish-heritage sawing tools trusted in workshops worldwide. Bahco has made saws since 1886 and is part of SNA Europe; its metal-cutting bandsaw programme runs through the 3851 to 3881 range codes, from general purpose bi-metal through the Sandflex Cobra and King Cobra production ranges to carbide blades for the hardest alloys. One coherent range that scales from a small contour machine to a full production saw.
The Bahco rangeDakin-Flathers
UK bandsaw and bandknife manufacturer since 1937. Dakin-Flathers has manufactured bandsaw blades and bandknives in Keighley, West Yorkshire since 1937 and exports worldwide. The Saw37, Ripper37, Slicer37, Freshcut37 and Saw37GRIT families cover wood, foam, food and hard materials from one UK factory, which keeps our stock close and the supply line short.
The Dakin-Flathers rangeMorse
American bi-metal and carbide bandsaw blades made in Canton, Ohio. The M.K. Morse Company makes bandsaw blades in Canton, Ohio, USA. Its bi-metal series (Independence, Maverick, Achiever, Challenger and M42) cover production metal cutting, while the carbide-tipped M-Factor family and the Jawbreaker take on superalloy billets and hard-skinned work.
