Returns and refunds
Stocked items carry a 30-day return window. Custom welded lengths are made to order, so they work differently, and a faulty blade is always put right. Four steps get any return moving.
Tell us
Get in touch within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what you want to return. The contact page has every way to reach us.
We confirm
We check the item qualifies, confirm where to send it and answer anything you are unsure about before a parcel moves.
Send it back
Post the item back to us; return postage is your responsibility for a change of mind. Where a blade is faulty, we arrange collection instead.
Refund
Once the item is back with us and checked over, we refund to your original payment method and confirm it by email.
The policy, in three parts
Stocked items: 30 days
Stocked accessories and unwelded stock items can come back within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is your responsibility for a change of mind, and the refund goes to your original payment method once the item is back and checked.
Custom lengths: excluded
A blade welded to your stated length is built for your machine alone, so it is excluded from change-of-mind returns. That is the honest trade for getting exactly the loop you asked for; the custom lengths page shows how to measure so the first order is the right one.
Faulty blades: put right
A blade that fails at the weld, arrives damaged or does not match your order is never your problem to absorb. Reach us through the contact page, we collect it and we replace or refund it.
Every return crosses the bench
A returned blade is not filed away, it is inspected. The weld goes under magnification, the tooth line is checked against the specification and what we learn feeds straight back into the welding bench. Pack the blade coiled and banded, the way it arrived, so it survives the trip in both directions.
