Ordering

How ordering works

Five steps between choosing a blade and the courier handing it over. No trade counter queue, no fax forms, no guessing at lengths.

From browse to dispatch

The same five steps whether you order one blade for a benchtop saw or a batch for a production line.

  1. Browse

Start in the shop, or let the blade wizard narrow the catalogue by machine and material. Every Bahco, Dakin-Flathers and Morse blade carries its published specification.

  2. Configure

On the product page, pick the width and tooth pitch and enter your machine's loop length in millimetres. The price updates as you type, itemised down to the weld.

  3. Pay

Checkout takes cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. Prices show VAT clearly and your card details never touch our servers.

  4. Weld

We cut your band from the coil, weld it into a continuous loop, anneal and grind the joint and inspect the finished blade against your order.

  5. Dispatch

Your blade is coiled, boxed and handed to a tracked courier. Zones, costs and cut-off times live on the delivery page.

One queue, every blade through it

Your order joins the weld queue the moment payment clears. Cut, weld, anneal, grind and inspect: the full process is described on the custom lengths page, and no blade skips the inspection at the end of it.
