Morse in brief

The M.K. Morse Company makes bandsaw blades in Canton, Ohio, USA. Its range is organised by series name rather than numeric code: the bi-metal blades run under the Independence, Maverick, Achiever, Challenger and M42 names, and the carbide-tipped blades group under the M-Factor family with the Jawbreaker as the flagship.

The series divide the work plainly. Independence covers high-production and precision cutting of solids in stainless, tool steels and exotic alloys. Maverick carries the mixed production and job-shop list, Achiever takes layers, bundles and large profiles and Challenger is the structural blade for I-beams, tube and channel. On the carbide side, M-Factor GP and CH handle small billets and case-hardened shaft while the Jawbreaker takes the largest superalloy billets.

We hold Morse band as coil stock in the UK and weld every blade to your machine's loop length. The tables below list every Morse product we stock, each linked to its product page, or you can go straight to the Morse shop listing.

Bi-metal series first, then the carbide-tipped family. Morse publishes widths in inches; the metric widths shown are the standard sizes we offer within each published range. The product pages carry the full width list, TPI options and a price calculator.

The categories Morse covers

Morse's strength in our catalogue is metal cutting: bi-metal for the daily run of steels and carbide tips for the billets and hard skins that stop them. Each guide below explains the construction and how to choose within it.
