Blades are welded to order, so production time comes before dispatch. The courier services in the table count from the day your blade leaves the bench, not the day you order.
How a blade travels
A welded loop folds into a compact coil, so even a band for a big sawmill wheel ships as a sensible parcel. Each blade is coiled, banded so it cannot spring open in the box and packed with the teeth protected. The tracking number is emailed to you the moment the courier scans it.
Unpacking one is the reverse: cut the band carefully, let the coil open away from you and check the weld and tooth line before it goes anywhere near the machine. If anything arrives damaged, the returns and refunds page explains what happens next.
